I set my goals based on my previous challenges and the time that my life allows for working out in between the crazy life of being a wife, mother, and working full time.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackAh - Chin ups. I am slowly working on reducing the “assisted” amount on the chin ups. Actually - with my weight loss - I may not be making any progress. [sigh].
Yet I know that you will make your goal - without assistance.
